Questions about Copydock? We can help with setup, clipboard capture, purchases, and your saved clips.
Contact Support@kollarai.com. Include your device model, iOS version, Copydock version, and a short description of what happened. Please leave out passwords and private clipboard contents.
How do I save a clip?
Copy text or a link, then open Copydock with Capture on open enabled. Allow paste access if iOS asks. Copydock does not record your clipboard continuously in the background. Image capture requires Pro.
How do I use the keyboard?
Open iOS Settings, then General, Keyboard, Keyboards, Add New Keyboard, and select Copydock. Switch keyboards with the globe button in a compatible text field. Tap a saved text clip to insert it. Full Access is used for clipboard fallback and images; the keyboard does not use a network service.
Why are my clips locked?
The free plan includes access to 30 text or link clips and three pins. When Pro ends, excess clips, extra pins, and images stay saved but locked. Renew Pro or restore an eligible purchase to use them again. Enabling privacy lock also hides all clip contents from the keyboard and widgets.
How do I reorder pins?
Open Pins, choose Reorder, drag the handles, then tap Done to save your order.
How do I restore purchases or cancel?
Use Restore Purchases in Copydock Settings with the Apple Account used for purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account's Subscriptions settings. Lifetime does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
How does backup work?
Optional Pro backup saves a copy to your own iCloud Drive. Turning it off stops new backups but keeps any existing backup. Restoring replaces your local library after confirmation. Keep an export or backup before removing the app if you want to retain your clips.
